WELCOME TO VILLA PALLASTRELLI

Villa Pallastrelli, an "Art Noveau" style charming villa, was built at beginning of the 20th century and belonged for over 60 years to the Pallestrelli family who used it for long summer holidays, following Levanto's International renown, when Levanto's summer guests were out standing personalities of the italian economy, like Giovanni Agnelli, founder of the main Italian car factory, as well as famous members of the government of the time.

At the end of the sixties the Villa was sold to the present owners.
The portion of property available for a renting option is a charming penthouse flat located on the second floor with 4 rooms that sleep 8 people, 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, entrance and kitchen.

One of the bedrooms and its bathroom are located on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the sea and the range of hills.
The same sea view appears from the second floor and secluded garden on the sea gives entrance to the flat.
